The DJI Phantom

Phantom has an integrated flight dynamics system, the Naza-M + GPS multi-rotor autopilot system, as well as the dedicated remote controller and receiver. Flight parameters and functions have been setup before delivery, so you can fly your Phantom the moment you receive it. The proven stability of the Naza-M autopilot system allows you to easily achieve great flight performance.

Phantom also has the Intelligent Orientation Control (IOC) function of the Naza-M autopilot system. Usually, the forward direction of a flying multi-rotor is the same as the nose direction. By using Intelligent Orientation Control (IOC), wherever the nose points, the forward direction has nothing to do with nose direction: In course lock flying, the forward direction is the same as a recorded nose direction. In home lock flying, the forward direction is the same as the direction from home point to the multi-rotor.

Phantom also has the failsafe function of the Naza-M autopilot system. This means when the communication between the Main Controller and the transmitter is disconnected, the outputs of all command sticks from controller will go to the center position. If the GPS signal is good enough, the system will automatically trigger Return To Home and will land safely.

DJI Zenmuse H3-3D Direct Drive Gimbal

The DJI Zenmuse H3-3D Gimbal is another milestone in gimbal innovation, which is designed for the GoPro Hero3+. With its high precision, high stability, lightweight, plug and play features, it is widely used in film and television productions, advertising aerial photography, etc. Even if the aircraft is in high-speed flight, it can still stabilize and control the GoPro camera precisely with the highest stability. The precision of control angle is within the range of ±0.08°, so picture or video output can reach the best quality.

The H3-3D gimbal inherited the core algorithm from the Zenmuse Z15 gimbal and the unmanned aircraft flying attitude stability control algorithm. Combined with the high precision sensors and brushless motors, the DJI Zenmuse H3-3D gimbal provides pixel level stabilized footage. The independent high-precision IMU module provides precise attitude data and the closed-loop control gives improved control accuracy.Without the requirement of complex installation and connection of many wires, it is also easy to assemble and remains stable when in flight.
